Job Title: Sr. Order Management CoordinatorJob Location: Graniteville, SCJob Duration: 12 Months on W2In Office 6AM-2:30PM preferred based on production scheduleMust Haves:- Someone with analytics in a logistics/order management environment that can consolidate data into a reviewable format, consolidate problems and work for solutions.- Power BI and Power Query- Excel ...Pivot tables, VLookup, Date functions/formulas.1. Perform data analysis for order management department using SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI.2. Support manager with KPIs and status reports so they can ensure that on time delivery, throughput time and inventory and scrap metrics are met as it relates to product launch and engineering change process3. Communicate all schedule changes to engine manufacturing and material planning groups4. Manage the coordination of order status between logistics and sales5. Review engineering changes coming from development and assist the manager with the management of employee workload and tasks as it relates to engineering change management, material master management and product launch.6. Responsible for some of the following major tasks related to order coordination including material master creation, bill of material transfers, engineering change management, order change management, production scheduling, order screening and acceptance7. Evaluate sales order revision requests as needed8. Reporting and tracking of order change, status and completion9. Assist management with monthly build and ship plans10. Keep management abreast of projects, vendor issues, workshops, pending problems and the financial impact11. Work closely with other departments to improve efficiency and maintain positive working relationships12. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts encountered during the management of multiple workshops and projects13. Assist management in the creation of presentations and reports for senior management14. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for order management department15. Maintain a clean and safe working environment (5S+Safety)16. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live to the letter and the spirit of the ***Global Code of Conduct17. Perform special projects as required.Required:1. Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Math/Science, Logistics or Business and 3 years of experience in logistics and/or materials management; or 7 years of experience in logistics and/or materials management2. Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite to include advanced SAP, Excel, Power Query, Power BI3. Excellent ability to manage multiple projects with competitive needs and deadlines4. Strong knowledge of business principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, sales and customer service, production methods and information technology5. Excellent knowledge of Material Requirements Planning systems and Production Scheduling6. Excellent organizational, planning and follow up skills7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability when issues are complex8. Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to build positive relationships and work effectively with others9. Self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervision and good personal drive, with can-do attitude10. Strong oral, written and presentation communication skillsPluses:1.
