Responsibilities
+ Accurately enter customer orders into the system, verifying all details like product selection, quantity, shipping address, and billing information
+ Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process, including inventory availability, production scheduling, and shipping updates
+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, address concerns, and provide timely updates on any delays or changes
+ Identify and resolve order issues such as backorders, incorrect addresses, or product availability problems
+ Ability to accurately process complex orders with a high level of precision
+ Clear and concise communication with customers, both verbally and in writing
