Distribution Material Handler Position - Picker/Material Handler Job Location - Neenah, WI Starting Date - Immediate Employment Term - Direct Hire Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 1 st and 2 nd shift Overtime maybe required Starting Pay - ($21.0187 + $1.35 shift premium) Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 6 months of experience Position Summary: Assemble orders Essential Functions:
Read and interpret orders properly. Correctly identify finished products. Record and report returns to the office. Communicate with the supply man and load hauler to have materials on hand. Must be able to operate forklift and order picker. Identify packing list to proper destination. Must be able to operate poly wrapper. Must be able to load trucks according to weight and distribution limits. Know lay out of warehouse. Knowledge of RF system/use computer to check stock status. Assemble UPS and bring to UPS machine Work at elevated heights to 30 feet. Physical Abilities:
Continuously required to stand, walk, use hand to finger, handle or touch, use foot/feet to operate machine. Frequently required to reach above shoulders, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs. Continuously required to operate order pickers, tow motors, and high lifts. Frequently required to use utility knife, safety harness, metal bander, dock levelers, computers and stretch wrappers. Occasionally required to use tape machines, battery charger, and battery changer. Sensory requirements are communication, hearing, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus for vision. Education, Experiences and Skills Required:
Must be trainable by the other employees qualified in this classification. Must possess physical characteristics to safely and efficiently perform the duties of the job. Must possess legible handwriting skills.
