ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Picks orders and places them in a designated pallet drop-off area.• Operates equipment safely and efficiently.• Uses handheld scanner for selecting orders.• Shrink wraps and labels should include the correct truck, customer, and other required information.• Stages pallets.• Keeps area clean and debris out of the work area.• Immediately inform the lead, supervisor, or manager of any potential safety threats.• Reports to a supervisor or lead any violation of company policy.• Follows all company policies and procedures; protects company and host assets.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift, walk, bend, pivot, reach, push, and squat most of the workday.• Handle cases weighing from 25 to 95 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets on any given day.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education

Experience
Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g. order selector/picking productStorage, product staging, cherry picker/forklifts, etc.) preferred but not required.
Knowledge/Skills
• Ability to speak and write English for effective communication.• Basic math skills.• Ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment
The company has designated this position as safety-sensitive, and the ability to work constantly with alertness and safety is required. The warehouse environment could potentially have extreme heat and cold temperatures.
