We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Hourly Rate: $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Entry & Tracking: Process customer orders accurately in our order management system, ensuring all details (products, quantities, shipping addresses, etc.) are correct.
- Order Verification: Verify the accuracy of orders by cross-checking product availability, shipping details, and customer information before sending them to the warehouse team for fulfillment.
- Documentation Preparation: Generate and manage order documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels to ensure proper dispatch of orders.
- Communication: Liaise with customers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and any special requests or issues that may arise.
- Inventory Coordination: Assist with tracking inventory levels and help identify potential stock shortages or delays in order fulfillment.

- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
