Lisa's Clarinet Shop is a 41 year old professional clarinet shop. We sell professional clarinets, provide repair service and also teach woodwind repair. We help musicians build their own affiliate business through our Ambassador Program as well as train repair technicians to repair and run their own shops through the Wind Repair Training Academy. In this position you will be working across all of our business segments.

This position is only open to a U.S. Citizen residing in the USA who has completed their education and is in the workforce.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with a musical background who is comfortable working in Zoho. You will help us process orders, communicate with clients, assist with inventory management, and assist with our affiliate program management.

Qualifications

You need to be technically savvy, demonstrate attention to detail, be an excellent communicator, be organized, and efficient. You need to be available 4-5 hours a day Monday through Friday between 9-2pm central. No exceptions.

Job functions include:

• Process orders through various channels, including telephone, email, CRM, or webstore.
• Record order payments in accounting system.
• Create shipping labels, and send package tracking information to recipients.
• Interact with clients to address inquiries about product information, order status, or delivery times.
• Communicate with sales (Ambassador) team to update them on status of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, completeness, and accuracy of inventory record-keeping.
• Generate commission payout reports.
• Manage webstore affiliate platform: onboard and train new affiliate members, provide discount codes to affiliates, and generate commission payout reports.
• Webstore database administration: create discount codes, update shipping rates, and organize product categories.
• Assist with Repair School database administration: update repair kit packing lists.
• Assist with the monitoring og inventory levels, setting re-order points and assisting in identifying additional requests for replenishment when necessary
