Job Title: Order Processing Specialist

Location: 82 NE 26th St, Miami, FL, 33127 (3 days onsite)

Duration: 3+ months with intent to extend/convert

Start Date: 1/6/24

Interview Process: Technical assessment and 2-3 Teams interviews

Rate: $22-24hr

MUST HAVES:

• 2-3+ years of experience with data entry, account management, analytics, order processing, and/or invoicing
• Strongly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Excellent data entry and customer service abilities
• Great communication and organizational skills

Plusses:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• Experience with EDI/ERP systems - NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Power Bi
• Experience with management of shipping vendors - FedEx, UPS, Freight Carriers

Day to day:

Insight Global is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join the team of one of our manufacturing clients. This candidate will process and review customer orders for accuracy and contract compliance and enter information into their systems to ensure timely processing, shipping, and delivery. They will address customer concerns regarding delays or damages and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to complete any necessary documentation. The candidate may need to resolve invoicing issues and should have great customer service/communication skills.
