Expertise in order processing procedures and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our order management system.What you'll be doing:Receive and review customer orders through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.Execute accurate and timely entry of orders into the company's system, verifying pricing, product availability, and shipping details.Collaborate closely with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.Communicate with customers regarding order status updates, shipment tracking information, and resolution of any order-related inquiries or issues.Proactively identify and address discrepancies in orders, working to resolve them promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain comprehensive and organized records of orders, invoices, and customer communications.Contribute to improving order processing workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, initiating replenishment requests, and conducting regular inventory audits.What we'd love for you to have:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.Proficiency in using order processing software and familiarity with ERP systems; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.We'll provide:Salary + BonusMobile Phone + Business LineMedical + Life InsuranceWhat happens next?We appreciate that your time is precious and applying for a new job can be a lengthy process - so we have committed to replying to your application within three working days.#J-18808-Ljbffr
