Position: Forklift Driver
**Position Summary** : The forklift driver is responsible for the unloading of material and merchandise from incoming trucks, racks, and storage areas and stacking them to an assigned place. Safety and accuracy are a must for this position.
**Responsibilities:**
**-Operate forklifts and other hand trucks.**
**-Must be able to use RF scanners**
-Must have experience with WMS
-Forklift will be only about 50% to 60% of the time, rest of time will be working on the floor.
-Locate and move material to the production lines.
-Use wireless RF Scanning equipment to ensure the accuracy of inventory.
- Load and unload material from trucks.
-Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped or stored.
- Comply with company policies and guidelines and follow safety regulations.
-Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance of Forklift and keep a safety log.
**Requirements**
-Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Must possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
-Maintain the production pace of other team members
**-Forklift Operator (1+ Years of experience)**
**-Forklift certification required**
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- must be able to work 8 to 12 hours shifts.
-May also engaged in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts
-Due to the environment of the warehouse, it must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
