The Order Selector position is located at the Leonard Distribution Center with operations in the U. S and has overall responsibility for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment in a warehouse environment for the company. This position reports directly to the Manager, Distribution Center and does not have direct reports. Job Responsibilities:Utilizes pick lists or handheld devices to locate and select items from warehouse shelves or bins, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders. Verifies product codes, quantities, and descriptions against order specifications to ensure accurate fulfillment and minimize errors. Packages selected items securely, using appropriate packing materials and techniques, and affix shipping labels or tags to each package. Assists in cycle counting and physical inventory checks to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies or shortages.
