??Role and Responsibilities?
The Order Service Representative will provide outstanding service to our clients by being the liaison between them and other aspects of the business (Purchasing, Installation, Service, etc.). They are the primary support and point of contact for the salesperson, by entering and processing orders from start to finish.
- Follow and enable a culture where Arizona Home and Appliance Core Values come to life.
- Receive and process starts from all builders, ensuring accurate entry, logging in appropriate folders, and verifying information against contracts.
- Receiving schedules from builders via websites, emails, or phone calls.
- Uploading backup to support order.
- Verifying order details against builder documents.
- Communicates with purchasing on orders that require special pricing or updates.
- Utilizes the systems order monitor screen to track, confirm and update orders as needed.
- Taking inbound calls and emails from customers, sales, and support staff
- Serve as the Point of Contact for any questions regarding the order.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all customer issues are appropriately and efficiently resolved.
- Utilize the Ticket System Tool to provide consistent and thorough communication and follow documentation on all service-related matters.
- Maintain good communication and rapport with everyone in the customers journey- builders, manufactures, warehouse and dispatch workers and service technicians.
??Qualifications and Education Requirements?
- Strong customer service skills
- Good PC skills, especially knowledgeable in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision making skills
- The ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills
??Preferred Skills?
- 1 + year in Customer Service environment

This position is office based, typically sitting at desk -requiring dexterity to be able to utilize phone, computer, and manuals, binders.
