About the Role: As an Order Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our orders are compliant and accurately priced. Your responsibilities will include:
- Auditing orders for compliance and pricing accuracy
- Performing data entry with precision
- Supporting lease transactions and contract administration
- Assisting with billing, pricing, and account maintenance
What You Bring: We're looking for candidates who have:
- A High School Diploma or GED (a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required)
- 5+ years of experience in lease transactions, contract support, and customer service/sales support
- Proficiency with journal entries, reconciliations, and general accounting transactions
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- A willingness to follow processes and understand the broader impact of your actions within the organization
