Position Summary:

The Order Support Specialist audits and manages sales orders to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance. This role supports the Sales Team by implementing processes that enhance order documentation accuracy and achieve key performance goals. As the main contact for major accounts, the specialist collaborates with Sales, Contracts, and Leasing to maintain profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review sales orders and contracts for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with Sales on pricing.
• Resolve order issues, research order components, and ensure records are up to date.
• Act as the primary contact for major accounts and lease-related inquiries.
• Support Sales and Leasing to ensure profitability and secure approvals for credit-challenged orders.
