We are in search of a hardworking, self-motivated, and experienced individual who is looking for a full-time, year round opportunity to join Renewal by Andersen; the number one window manufacturer in the country.Responsibilities:Visit jobs sold by the sales staff to verify accurate measurements and assessment of labor/materialsProvide installation solutions that match our customer's expectations of a cost effective, installed, window replacementRecognize situations that would impact customer's expectationsMaintains a thorough knowledge of construction basics and installationUnderstands and adheres to the established Renewal processes and standardsProvide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashionStrive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate installation techniquesQualifications:5+ years of carpentry, finishing and/or remodeling experience preferredWindow installation experienceStrong communication skills; clear and readable written documents, and messagesA valid driver's licenseMechanical aptitudeGood organizational skills- Good computer skillsSchedule:Wednesday- Saturday (8 AM-6:30 PM)Compensation & Benefits:Competitive starting hourly rate of $24/hour plus bonus potential once training is completed.Company vehicle and a gas card401K plan w/ company matchFull insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and lifePTO - vacation time, sick time, and holiday payStudent Loan Repayment ProgramEmployee Emergency Assistance FundAccess to Employee Perks ProgramIf this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now!
