**_Caterpillars Remanufacturing Division is looking for an Orders & Demand Consultant._** This position will lead, manage and improve the Cat Reman core returns operational and system flows from international core processing facilities to Cat Reman plants and suppliers. This position has accountability for ensuring key performance indicators, and cost, velocity and quality targets are set and managed at 9 facilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support daily activities related to internal remanufacturing core inspection and shipping processes and related system transactions.
+ Ensures operational efficiencies are maximized through effective process and system design.
+ Identifies and implements process and system improvements to support changing business and compliance needs.
+ Partners with global transportation teams to provide the most cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions.
+ Ensures all related processes and systems comply with international customs compliance laws and regulations.
+ Gathers and analyzes relevant data from multiple sources to support the needs of the business.
+ Develop solutions, document, and test IT business requirements. Ensure training developed and delivered for all related changes.

+ Cat Reman Business Model and Core Acceptance Criteria knowledge
**International Travel - 25%**
**This position can be located in the Corinth Mississippi facility or Mossville, IL facility.**
