Our hybrid work environment provides a balance of in-office and remote work.OverviewThe Organization Readiness and Change Management Director plays a crucial role within Bunge by leading and overseeing the implementation of organizational change initiatives. As part of the Business Technology organization and key leader on the enterprise transformation (Process & Systems) team, the Head of Organization Readiness and Change Management will report to the VP, Business Technology Planning & Services, collaborating closely with various teams such as Finance, Commercial, HR, Business Technology, and Regional Operations teams.Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global change management strategy and framework to be followed by Change Leads in each region (North America, South America, Europe, and Asia Pacific), ensuring seamless transitions during organizational transformations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals accountable for leading and executing the transformation change and organization readiness plan in each region.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define change objectives, communicate the vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders, including frequent updates to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Identify and assess potential risks and obstacles to change, developing mitigation plans to minimize disruption.
  • Create and implement communication and training plans to ensure employees are prepared and equipped for change.
  • Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 15 years of experience in change management or related roles. MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large, complex organizational change initiatives.
    • Leading organization change for a large Merger or Acquisition preferred.
    • Expert knowledge of change management methodologies and tools.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience in the industry/sector is preferred but not required.
    • Successful implementation of change initiatives within established timelines and budgets.
    • High levels of employee engagement and adoption of change.
    • Reduced resistance to change and increased change readiness within the organization.
    • Positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies.
    • Measurable improvements in organizational performance and productivity resulting from change initiatives.
