What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Conduct organizational assessments to determine necessary changes for future state
- Develop OCM strategies and roadmaps for IT initiatives
- Provide training, improve internal communications, and offer organizational development support
- Conceptualize, coordinate, and prepare client-ready products
- Support stakeholder outreach and engagement efforts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of professional work experience
- 1 year of experience and knowledge of organizational assessment and change management principles
- 1 year of experience producing organization-wide change management plans and materials
- Bachelor's degree
- Analytical skills and excellent communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience facilitating and leading activities for organizational initiatives
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Applications
