Job Description:
Must Have:
- MacOS management in an enterprise, MacOS Scripting/Packaging, infrastructure management, desktop administration, knowledge of networking, JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud.
Nice To Have:
- Zero Trust concept/experience, Windows desktop administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM).
- Viewing and reading Windows and SCCM log files.
- Performing remote administration.
- PowerShell experience.
- ServiceNow (preferred).
- Microsoft Excel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This role is with End User Computing group supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems. The roles primary focus is on Mac OS.
- Experience with integration, support, roadmap execution, and assist in planning of macOSs in an Enterprise.
- Experience in administering JAMF and providing End User MacOS support.
- Experience in the creation of packages, scripts, profiles, as necessary to deploy Mac applications and policies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and testing application packages and policies.
- Experience in hardware support and deploying Mac OS in JAMF.
- Experience working in cross-functional environment where verbal and written communications is important.
- Incident management duties include troubleshooting hardware and software issues they arise for all platforms that End User Computing supports.
- Proven experience working under tight deadlines as well under pressure.
