EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
- 2+ years' experience in food processing a plus
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- We are a refrigerated process & pack line - all positions must be able to work in Cold, wet, and damp climates of 33F-38F for 8hrs
- Exposure to loud noises
- The requirement of the use of safety equipment when operating machinery that may include but will not be limited to protective clothing, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and safety shoes
- Repetitive motions
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. safely
- Lifting up to 35lbs
- Standing for long periods of time, frequent twisting and bending, use of both hands, manual & finger dexterity for rolling/manipulating
- Availability to work days, swing, evenings, and weekends as production needs require
