Our Client is a leading fiber conduit construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality aerial distribution systems. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team in Lansing, MI.Experienced Aerial Communication Foremen to work from our Lansing, MI. Experience in all facets of aerial outside plant construction including bucketaccess and back easement climbing, print reading specific to aerial strand and fiber optic cable construction. Experience driving and operating aerial line trucks. Must have your own climbing gear and hand tools.Candidate must have a valid CDL-ARequired Qualifications:Ability to Lift at Least 50 lbs.Valid Driver's LicensePass a Background InvestigationPass a Drug ScreeningWork Outside in All Weather ConditionsKey Responsibilities:Demonstrate the ability to keep crews on schedule.Organize materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.Verify locates and materials to ensure accuracy.Possess working knowledge of the telecommunications industry, engineering work prints, and the ability to understand and interpret construction documents.Experience working in both standard and high-risk areas, including areas with live utilities, and knowledge of utility depths and placement.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.Be flexible and able to work under pressure to meet assigned deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs.Occasional overnight travel may be required.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Valid CDL-A with air brake endorsement and no restrictions.Proven experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or construction industry.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
