Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)Description:Occupational Therapist-*Please note that traveler must have an AZ license in hand*In order to obtain an AZ OT License, the candidate must submit a fingerprint clearance card along with the application. Looking for OT or PT who can support hand therapy in outpatient setting. Case load may not be entirely hand/wrist/upper extremity but this specialty area is a specific need.Additional Preference: Search for support for hand therapy diagnosis and referrals.
