Job Description:
Job Title: Senior OT Security ArchitectLocation: Remote (with periodic travel to manufacturing sites)Position Overview: As a Senior OT Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining the security of our OT environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, implement, and manage security controls, ensuring the resilience of our industrial control systems. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to our manufacturing sites.Core Responsibilities:Develop and refine OT security tools and processes to enhance incident response capabilities.Monitor and analyze OT security events, assess potential threats, and coordinate incident response with the SOC team.Produce detailed reports, dashboards, and metrics on OT security status and incident response for senior leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls for both existing and new OT environments.Ensure the integration and maintenance of OT cybersecurity solutions within our industrial control systems.Lead efforts in threat management, including identifying vulnerabilities, risk assessment, threat modeling, and conducting penetration tests to implement remediation actions.Review and improve OT security operations, including policies, incident response playbooks, and addressing SLA management challenges.Qualifications:At least five (5) years of experience in OT security and operations.Strong understanding of controls and automation equipment (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, VFDs).Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as NIST, ICS Mitre ATT&CK, and IEC 62443.Proven track record in defining and implementing security measures for OT engineering projects.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience in developing, configuring, and managing OT security automation and orchestration tools.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
