Job Description: A biotechnology company is seeking a dedicated OT Systems Patching Specialist to manage and maintain the security and functionality of our manufacturing systems. This role involves applying patches and updates to OT systems to ensure they are protected against vulnerabilities and running efficiently. Key Responsibilities: o Apply patches and updates to OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and other industrial control systems. o Monitor OT systems for vulnerabilities and ensure timely application of security patches. o Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams to schedule and implement patches with minimal disruption to operations. o Conduct regular audits of OT systems to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. o Document patch management processes and maintain detailed records of applied patches and updates. o Provide support and troubleshooting for patch-related issues. o Stay informed about the latest security threats and patch management best practices. Compensation: $60/hour to $70/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience o Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Engineering, or a related field. o Proven experience in patch management for OT systems or similar environments. o Strong understanding of OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, and industrial control systems. o Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for OT environments. o Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Preferred Qualifications (Plusses): o Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other certifications.
