Rands Trucking Is Hiring OTR Company DriversDry Van Positions Company Driver Benefits:Get paid to see the country! Over-the-road trucking to all 48 states.Family-owned company with contracted freight, so you stay busy and are treated with respect!Average drivers earn $80,000 with top drivers earning up to $128,000 per year.$1,000 signing bonus to all new hires! Paid out 100% on first check.$.60 CPM Base+$.02 CPM for all touch freight loads+$.02 CPM quarterly safety/performance bonus+$20 per stop after the first stop and $40 per jobsiteDetention pay is $16 per hourBreakdown pay is $16 per hour after the first hour$100 bonus for a 34-hour restart taken over the road.Holiday payDrivers average 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week and around 15 stops per week.Peterbilt 579s, Kenworth T680s, Freightliner Cascadias all well-maintained with our excellent shops.53' dry van trailers.
