TransForce is hiring experienced CDL A drivers for OTR flatbed routes originating from Cypress, CA. This position offers top weekly pay, consistent long-haul opportunities, and exceptional benefits.

• Pay: $1,900 - $2,100 per week (average $2,000 weekly)
• Haul Type: Construction equipment, air compressors, and generators
• Freight: Touch freight (secure cargo with straps and chains)
• Schedule: OTR with routes to Spartanburg, SC, and Henderson, subject to delivery schedules
• Equipment: Super cab and flatbed trailers
• Assignment: Temp-to-hire

• Long-haul routes requiring route planning and adherence to delivery schedules
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Operate vehicle safely in compliance with DOT regulations
• Utilize ELD and freight monitoring systems
• Secure cargo with straps and chains
• Report defects, accidents, or violations promptly

• Experience: 2 years of recent OTR flatbed experience (Flatbed, Step Deck, and Conestoga preferred)
• Must be 22 years or older
• Clean MVR and stable work history
• No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the past 3 years
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
• Must meet all DOT regulations and safety standards
