Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking highly motivated and professional Class B (or A) CDL Drivers to join our team. Candidates must hold a valid minimum Class B Commercial Driver's License with a clean driving record and have experience operating 26' box trucks or similar vehicles over long distances. Knowledge of DOT regulations, the ability to maintain accurate electronic logs, and physical fitness for lifting, loading, and assisting with event setup are essential. Basic vehicle maintenance skills, including oil, DEF, and fuel servicing, are also required.You must love to collaborate cross-functionally in a people centric, fast-paced environment. RequirementsOperate a 26' CDL-rated box truck
- Exercise safety while adhering to commercial driving regulations.
- Transport and deliver production equipment over long distances within designated timelines and tight schedules.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and maintain accurate electronic logs in accordance with I.C.C. requirements.
- Collaborate with the Production & Logistics Manager as needed to assess conditions, meet timelines, and address potential challenges.
- Book in-route hotels, as needed.
- All weather conditions driving experience a must.
Loading and Unloading Equipment
- Assist in the loading and unloading of production equipment at warehouses and event facilities.
- Participate in the setup and tear down of show equipment and supplies at event locations.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Obtain/ensure basic vehicle maintenance, including servicing oil, DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), and fuel to ensure continuous operation.
Staff Transportation
- Drive rental vehicles to transport event staff to and from airports or hotels as required.
Staff Meal Assistance
- Pick up and display staff meals, snacks, and beverages during events.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum of Class B Commercial Driver's License, with previous experience operating transport vehicles
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record for previous 3 years
- Current DOT medical card
- Experience driving in incremental conditions. i.e. Winter and mountainous terrain.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
- Background, drug, and alcohol screening required, per DOT guidelines
- Box Truck Driving experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- CDL must be rated Non-Excepted Interstate as you will be driving across state lines, hauling production equipment.
IMPORTANT POSITION EXPECTATIONSCandidates are required to travel nearly continuously with intermittent breaks, depending upon the assigned Route. This included replenishments at our Omaha, NE, Eagle, ID, or Las Vegas, NV Warehouse locations (depending upon assigned Route) and transport to our Regional and National dance competitions. Must be okay sharing a hotel room with same-sex/gender identifying colleagues.
