-Mon-Fri 6:00am-5:00pm
-Work every other Saturday 8:00am-2:00pm

We are seeking a load planner/dispatcher. Knowledgeable and experienced in the dry van industry.
Load Planners must have extensive knowledge of industry regulations to minimize empty miles by planning loads in the most efficient manner possible and understand the network and freight plan.Load Planners must be able to analyze situations, and develop and implement plans of action and adapt to constantly changing circumstancesCoordinate loads with Drivers/TrucksResponsible for power unit assigned to fleetCommunicate with drivers through phone calls, Go motive, etc..Support Driver with needs to ensure load is delivered safety and on timeCommunicate Driver Work Schedule to a driver and make sure drivers have a clear understanding of schedule and expectationsCommunicate issues with supporting departments regarding breakdowns, safety issues, driver issues, etc…Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectationsPerform additional duties assigned by leadership
