The RoleThis is a part-time position at our Roxbury site. The Outpatient Clinician is responsible for assessing clients' needs and providing therapy to individuals and families facing mental health challenges. The responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans and employing strengths-based and trauma-informed care techniques. The Clinician participates in clinical team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, provides consultation with other professionals, and facilitates referrals to specialists as needed. The Outpatient Clinician also engages in continuous professional development through training and mandatory meetings, while contributing to the overall mission of delivering effective mental health care. What You'll Bring to the TeamWe're looking for someone who's not just qualified but driven. Someone who's excited about making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in providing behavioral health services to youth, adults, and/ or families.
- Must be certified in the Massachusetts CBHI CANS.
