Role Overview
- Participant Recruitment: Recruit and engage participants for client research projects with professionalism and integrity.
- Screening & Research: Screen candidates, follow leads, and conduct research to identify qualified participants.
- Goal Achievement: Meet recruitment, participation, and call targets within a dynamic environment.
- Professional Communication: Communicate confidently with all organizational levels.
- Project & Data Management: Oversee recruitment with a balance of urgency and quality, ensuring data reliability and alignment with project timelines.
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience
- Organizational skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, being a team player in a small office with ability to backup others when needed
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Professional communication with external and internal employees
- High School Diploma required
Additional Information:
- Hours: 9am-5:00pm Monday- Friday with a paid lunch
- Training Hours: starts 11/13
- Location: 100% on site and conveniently located right on the bus line, Bloomington
- Pay: $20-22/hour
