Wilson Sporting Goods would like to announce an opening for our Mt. Juliet Warehouse in our Outbound Department. We are seeking a talented Outbound Clerk who has experience in the warehouse distribution environment to join the 1st Shift Team. This position will prepare customer orders for picking and packing.

What You'll Do

Essential duties and responsibilities of the outbound clerk position include:

• Prepare customer orders for picking and packing
• Monitor assigned account to insure timely processing of orders
• Route customer orders for pick-up via email, fax, and website
• Call and arrange carrier pick-up
• Assist other clerks in their order processing
• Assist with operations on the warehouse floor when needed

What We're Looking For

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully,

• Previous experience working in a LTL/TL shipping environment
• Basic understanding of shipment methods and carriers
• Basic understanding of the SAP warehouse management system
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills a must
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities
• Desire to grow with our company
• Attention to detail is key
• Ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse team
