About Our OpportunityAs an Outbound Logistics Analyst at Chervon North America, you will play a critical role in optimizing our outbound logistics operations. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our transportation, distribution, and customer service experience processes. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact our ability to deliver products to customers to the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to outbound logistics operations.
- Responsible for facilitating exceptional service to customers by collaborating with warehouse and transportation partners.
- Influence providers by driving a continuous improvement culture, forming new or evolved strategic processes.
- Monitor KPIs to assess the performance of 3PLs and conduct periodic business reviews.
- Understand all aspects of customer shipping requirements and provide guidance to support 3PLs in execution.
- Manage customer compliance and assist in the research and validation of claims.
- Identify inefficiencies and perform root cause analysis to reduce waste and promote cost savings.
- Support all logistics related issues and work with stakeholders to identify and drive resolution.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
- Act as a liaison between 3PLs and Internal cross functional teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate using data and presenting actionable solutions.
Required Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- Proven experience in outbound logistics, transportation management, warehouse management or supply chain analysis.
- Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse management systems (WMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Oracle Modules.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position does not have supervisory responsibility.
TravelThis position may require approximately 5-10% domestic travel.
