Hilco Vision is searching for a skilled team lead for our digital response agent group. The Outbound Sales Team Lead is a full cycle role which works with the group to lead and organize the overall team as well as managing their own assigned territory for monitoring executing outbound calls based on customer interaction with digital touches ensuring best practices to achieve growth goals in support of Hilco Vision's sales objectives.   • Able to manage and monitor a team, ensuring established KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Analytical in mindset and able to identify gaps for sales growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for creating synergies and alignment with corporate marketing messaging to create pointed sales scripting ongoing.
  • High-energy, problem-solving self-starter who sets goals for and consistently meets or exceeds them
  • Thrive on connection and communication, and build such solid relationships with customers, that there is no question of who they should come to first for their needs.
  • Expert negotiator and see the sale process through from promotional touch, inquiry through to closing, and follow-up to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Consultative sales style- you want to understand how your products can best help who you're working with and provide the optimal solution and will go above and beyond to find that solution.
  • Persistent and follow up skills
  • Understand and share stakeholder needs and nice-to-haves in order facilitate exploration of new products and solutions to further meet and exceed those needs.
  • CRM experience
Responsibilities:
  • Consistently meet and exceed outbound calls through consultative sales approach.
  • Conduct outreach to customers within assigned task lists to build relationships, retention, and drive profitable revenue growth with each touch.
  • Prioritize activities based on targeted opportunities and growth expectations within assigned task lists.
  • Grow the average basket size from customers, identify category expansion opportunities from customers, and grow the number of closed customer orders.
  • Lead customer digital follow-up to ensure sales funnel health.
  • Inform internal Hilco teams of customer needs to facilitate the discussion and process of developing new products and process solutions.
  • Document all stakeholder interactions and data in CRM in a way that fosters an understanding of our customers throughout the organization.
