**Essential Job Duties:**
Perform team lead functions that may include; but not limited to
* Partnering to ensure all picking/shipping deadlines and priority cut-off times are met.
* Reviewing daily errors with employees and auditing mis-ship report.
* Ensuring all waves are printed, distributed, and picked to meet deadlines while maintaining first-in-first out concept.
* Identifying special instructions on pick tickets to comply with salespersons request.
* Ensuring proper training of associates on operational processes.
* Entering tracking numbers and maintain productivity standards for each person.
* Conducting timely research to locate product to prevent backorders.
* Helping to attract and retain qualified and motivated workforce; while fostering new ideas for improvements.
* Continuously develop direct reports by coaching and grooming them for excellence. Document progress and ensure associates are cross trained to provide adequate coverage in key processes.
* Assisting with the evaluation of employee performance, handle disciplinary issues and maintaining an environment of respect and accountability to promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
* Tracking and maintaining productivity standards and assessing staff, supplies, and equipment needs.
* Maintaining Tour Ready clean and safe work area and securing building/operations at end of shift.
* Partnering during the interviewing process of new hires.
* Researching shipping discrepancies
* Handling special assignments as needed.
* Performing additional duties as assigned.
Performance expectations will be met when the above duties are performed with minimal or zero errors and minimal complaints are received by internal and external customers.
Physical Requirements:
* The ability to lift up to 70 pounds is required along with being able to bend, stoop, stand, walk and twist as needed to perform the job.

High School or better.
**Experience**
**Required**
**2 years:** Minimum 2 years warehouse invoicing experience required. Must be proficient with MS Office (i.e. Word. Excel) and operational systems/software (i.e. Manhattan, etc.).
