A local HVAC and plumbing company is seeking an Outbound Telemarketer to help ensure their customers'homes and businesses are comfortable and functioning optimally. This is a full time opportunity and the hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The pay starts at $18-$21/hour plus commissions. There are two openings. This role is 100% on-site. Drug Screen and Background Check required. Outbound Telemarketer Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote HVAC and plumbing services. Explain service offerings and current promotions clearly and persuasively. Schedule appointments for our technicians with interested customers. Update customer information in our database system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
