The Job: As an Outdoor Communication Manager, you'll be part of our Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee. The Outdoor Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of high-impact communications and driving execution to achieve key business objectives. Reporting to the Outdoor President and General Manager, you will drive coordination and collaboration in this newly created position. You'll get to:
- Support and manage internal communication rhythms, including frequent engagement activities, quarterly town halls, annual business meetings, dealer summits, and other ad hoc & Industry events (Equip Expo).
- Develop content and materials for internal communications, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Work closely with commercial, category, product, post-sales support, marketing teams, HR, and enterprise communication teams to ensure cohesive and relevant communication efforts that resonate with Dealer audience.
- Liaison with Public Relations (PR) for launch events, media relations, press releases & crisis management.
- Collaborate with corporate communication & PR teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and overall communication efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the business unit and corporate Communications and PR teams.
- Partner with the Director of Dealer Development to implement strategic communication plans to support the Outdoor dealer network. Support with Dealer specific events such as Dealer Panel & Demo Days
- Craft interactive presentations and compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
- Coordinate and execute integrated communication strategies for major business projects.
- Create and manage content for various communication platforms, including presentations, newsletters, emails, and social media. Ensure all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging guidelines.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to business leadership on communication performance and impact.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with a B2B model or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating interactive presentations and compelling narratives.
- Experience with integrated communication strategies and project management.
- Experience working with Executive level leaders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms).
- Analytical skills to measure and report on communication effectiveness.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
