Clinical Services Manager Opportunity - PHP & IOP Program - Georgetown, DE
This position is leading the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs located in Georgetown, De and serving our patients in Sussex County and Maryland.

About the Position:
* Lead the PHP and IOP programs, overseeing personnel management, department growth, regulatory compliance, and patient treatment and satisfaction.
* Serve as a member of the Management Team, providing a clinical perspective to the facility's goals and objectives.
* Provide psycho-social assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapies using various modalities.
* Coordinate discharge planning, document treatment provided, and participate in regular treatment team meetings to ensure a comprehensive case management approach.
Qualifications
* MSW or Master's degree in a recognized mental health field
* LPC, LMSW or LCSW required
* Minimum of three years of clinical leadership.
