Our City Clinic in Holyoke, MA, offers linguistically and culturally relevant mental health services, addressing the diverse needs of children, families, and adults in a community setting. What You'll Do: As a Bilingual Clinician, you'll provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services to clients across the lifespan. Using evidence-based practices, you'll offer therapy, assessments, and skill-building support in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outcome-driven individual, couple, family, and group therapy services
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create collaborative treatment plans
  • Measure progress toward treatment goals and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training for professional development
  • Document clinical activities using electronic medical records (EMR)

What You'll Bring:
  • Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (required)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Independent Licensure or License-Eligible and working toward licensure (required)
  • Experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults (required)
