Outpatient Forensic Therapist Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Master's or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LSW, or equivalent)
- Specialized training or certification in sex offender treatment, domestic violence intervention, or forensic therapy preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals who struggle with sexual behavior issues, domestic violence, and mental health challenges is a plus
- Strong knowledge of ethical considerations, risk management, relapse prevention, and mental health treatment approaches
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries in complex therapeutic environments
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
