We're hiring for an Outpatient Supervisor to join our Outpatient programs in Trinidad and Walsenburg.
What You'd Be Doing
As an Outpatient Supervisor, you will be working closely with Pueblo based Outpatient Directors and the Vice President of Outpatient Services to provide our clinicians and clinical care specialists with administrative and clinical supervision to ensure exceptional care for our clients. You will represent Health Solutions among community partners like probation, parole, and the department of social services to build and maintain strong relationships, ensure that our services effectively support our clients and community, and to address clinical needs and concerns identified by these partners.
Specifically, the Supervisor:
* Splits time between both clinic locations weekly with specific schedule defined in collaboration with Directors and VP;
* Counsels, motivates, instructs, and disciplines staff members as appropriate, and refers advanced issues to Directors and VP, as needed;
* Trains and instructs outpatient staff in delivery of high-quality clinical services and effective, compliant, and timely documentation of their work;
* Provides regular, direct, clinical and administrative supervision for all licensed and unlicensed staff members serving both youth and adults;
* Completes regular audits of charts to ensure compliance with all state and agency standards;
* Responds to crisis and consultation needs throughout the program and agency as needed;
* Reviews staff member caseloads for appropriate level of care, and length of stay;
* Reviews staff member performance metrics and productivity regularly and assists with compliance to agency performance standards; follows standard operating procedures and relevant policies to administer disciplinary actions, as needed;
* Monitors staff member caseloads for appropriate level of care and length of stay;
* Reviews, approves, and signs treatment plans and other clinical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
* Keeps accurate, complete, and up-to-date written and electronic supervision records and program reports;
* Develops and maintains tracking and data collection systems to ensure contractual compliance, as needed;
* Facilitates team and other meetings;
* Attends monthly leadership training on-site in Pueblo;
* Maintains the ability to carry a small caseload or assist with emergency clinical duties to ensure quality client care;
* Maintains eligibility to supervise clinical staff toward licensure for the credential held by the supervisor;
* Works in collaboration with community agencies and partners;
* Assists in planning, development, and implementation of program in accordance with applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations; Confers with program directors regularly regarding outpatient alignment as well as program development and evolution; and
* Performs other job-related duties as requested and assigned.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For-The Must-Haves
* Master degree in social work, counseling, or a closely related field
* Colorado clinical license (i.e., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
* Experience working successfully with-in a multi-disciplinary team
* Experience working with and supervising the care of Mental Health, Substance Use, and Co-Occurring populations for adults and children
* Computer proficiency
* Valid Colorado driver's license, and access to transportation during work hours

* Colorado LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)
* Spanish language skills
