We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at CORE Behavioral Health Services. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges and behavioral disorders. You will work collaboratively with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at fostering positive outcomes and enhancing overall well-being. This position is largely a children and families therapist position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status and treatment needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and diagnosis.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' goals and objectives.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress towards treatment goals and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the treatment team, including medical personnel, social workers, and case managers.
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice in accordance with state regulations and licensing board requirements.
-Carry a caseload of children and their families primarily and maintain communication with related parties, including human services department.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working in a behavioral health setting, preferably in outpatient care.

- Proficiency in implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
