We are seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join our Outpatient Team. Travel to other outpatient offices in Central Minnesota to serve clients may be required. Essential Functions include:Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapiesCompetencies and ability to provide empirically-supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral issuesProvide intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluationsDevelop and implement a treatment planComplete a Behavior Intervention/Crisis PlanComplete third party billing requirements such as obtaining prior authorizations and communicating with the billing office as necessaryCollaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including: schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at largeParticipate in the referral processMaintain necessary written records in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures and other applicable regulationsProvide crisis intervention services as requested Qualifications include:Master's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences field (i.e. Clinical Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work)A valid license in behavioral health without restrictions ( e.g. LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT, NP) in the State of MN. Clinical Supervision is available; License-seeking trainees encouraged to apply!
