As an Outpatient Therapist, you will have a crucial role in helping clients manage their mental health and understand their emotions. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing evidence-based therapy to a diverse range of clients. We specialize in various therapies such as EMDR, TF-CBT, play therapy, and sand tray therapy.*Key Responsibilities:** *Counseling: *Provide individualized counseling appointments with each client. Maintain current information regarding therapeutic interventions* *Productivity: *Provide at least 25 hours of billable services per week* *Treatment Planning: *Create individual treatment plans for clients. Collaborate with other staff when necessary for optimal service delivery.* *Paperwork: *Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and timely.*Requirements:* Master's required, LCPC/LCSW and previous experience preferred. Must be able to able to work at least one evening per week to meet the needs of school-aged children and working adults.*Skills: *Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, basic computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
