If you share our vision and values, we would love for you to consider becoming part of our team.*Position Overview** *Location:* Fully remote via telehealth* *Schedule:* 25-30 clinical hours preferred, weekdays with some evening availability preferred* *Client Demographics:* We accept referrals for Children (8+), Teens, and Adults* *Pay Type:* 1099 contract position, with competitive compensation for billed services, including patient no-show rates.* *Specializations:* We welcome and encourage therapists with clinical specializations such as play therapy, art therapy, DBT, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and others to apply.*Your Role and Responsibilities** Provide compassionate, empowering, and effective therapy to a diverse client base via telehealth.* Contribute to a positive, supportive environment, ensuring clients feel welcomed, motivated, and cared for throughout their treatment.* Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to holistic wellness and individualized care.*Requirements** A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in a clinical setting.* Must hold a valid New Jersey license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.* A commitment to a minimum of 2 years with our practice.* Previous experience or interest in working with children (8+), teens, and adults preferred.* Providers already credentialed with insurance panels are preferred.*Why Serene Mind?** *Fully Remote Work:* Enjoy the flexibility and comfort of working from anywhere.* *Administrative Support:* Focus on your clients while we handle all credentialing and insurance claims.* *A Community of Professionals:* Be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and mutual support.Join us in creating a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered to find their life's balance.
