We are looking for an Outreach HBC Lead for the Paterson Outreach offices to support the NJ FamilyCare program and the customers it serves. Some responsibilities are: Being able to switch from task to task on a greater level than the current HBC. Support the research process unit for the SBE (state-based exchange) Be available to attend Outreach events. Attend team meetings as needed. Seasoned processor with strong knowledge of all systems used for processing - SME (subject matter expert) Process applications while maintaining an error rate of 5% or below. Assist in call center when needed. Work independently on projects. Assist/train new staff when needed. Maintain good attendance and punctuality. Handle customers in a professional manner via phone or walk in Adhere to changes in policy and procedure - uphold them integrally amongst peers despite your opinion on them. Understand some responsibilities will evolve with time Performs tasks based on established procedures. Uses data organizing and coordination skills to support the business and perform technical work. Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience. General Profile Developed proficiency within a range of analytical or operational processes. Completes assignments and facilitates the work of others. May coordinate assignments beyond work area. Proposes improvements to processes and methods. Acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but is not a supervisor. Works autonomously within established procedures. Provides subject matter guidance to junior team members. Responsibility Statements Manages more complex tasks that are escalated due to issues. Acts as a subject matter expert. Ensures quality and volume is met during shifts. Coordinates appropriate staffing and interviews candidates. Collaborates with supervisors on key performance measures set by the client. Facilitates work allocation. Tracks/monitors daily and monthly reporting. Participates in progress improvement without impacting the quality of work. Communicates with teams and managers to provide work status. Participates in meetings with internal teams and external clients. Performs other duties as assigned. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
