Position DescriptionProtingent Staffing has an exciting direct hire opportunity for Outreach Nursing Liaison RN with our client that is located in Brooklyn, NY.
ProjectDescriptionThe Outreach Nursing Liaison is a Registered Professional Nurse who will travel between adult homes to assist our staff and administrators in collaboration with MDs to assess for new admissions, hospitalizations, residents that need CHHA service.
Job Qualifications:
- NYS RN License
- Home Care Home Base experience a plus.
- Must have superior customer service skills.
- Must have own vehicle to travel to patients.
