JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Conduct 100 or more outreach calls daily to schedule patients for appointments with our mobile health team.
* Review and explain services our health insurance partners identified as gaps to patients.
* Track all calls and interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
* Collect demographic information by phone and accurately document it in internal systems while booking.
* Provide excellent customer service to patients via phone, email, and text.
* Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
* Take on other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:
$23 / hour
