We are currently seeking to hire an OUTSIDE SALES STAR to join our team! You will be responsible for knocking doors with the team, creating leads, and representing the RKG brand. YOU WILL BE TRAINED BY SOME OF THE BEST DOOR KNOCKERS/INSPECTORS IN OUR MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY. Do you have what it takes to make a million???
Responsibilities:
- Participating in sales team activities
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for progression.
- Meet regularly with Insurance inspectors
- Perform Exterior storm damage inspections (namely roofs)
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field not necessary. WE WILL TRAIN YOU
- Must be individually motivated, and work as a part of a team.
- Must be able to climb.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
