Prior experience in business development, selling, and marketing to the insurance industry (e.g., agents, brokers, adjusters), property managers, facilities managers, or property owners (residential or commercial) is strongly preferred. Experience and proficiency with CRM software (such as Salesforce.com), digital and social media marketing, search advertising, and/or marketing content creation are also strongly preferred. If you have limited experience but meet the qualifications, we will invest in your training!
Role on the Team (Job Functions):
· Build strong relationships with current and potential clients and industry professionals, including commercial property managers, building and facility managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and real estate agents (direct and B2B).
· Organize and maintain a calendar of consistent Business-to-Business visits, networking events, and cold calling to generate leads.
· Design and manage the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP) while leading the execution of marketing programs.
· Ensure adherence to Paul Davis brand standards in all marketing activities and materials.
· Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, manage email campaigns, customize marketing collateral, and track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes.
· Collaborate with the franchisor and the Regional Marketing Manager through weekly communications and meetings.
· Manage social media accounts, post relevant content and graphics, monitor reviews and feedback, and follow up accordingly.
· Research and coordinate local trade shows, including Paul Davis booth setup.
· Achieve key operational objectives related to sales, budgets, and brand experience.
· Flexible work hours are required to meet the demands of the role and ensure success in building relationships and managing projects.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
