Job DescriptionOutside Sales Executive (Commercial Account Acquisitions / New York & Northern New Jersey) An Outside Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by meeting with clients and prospects in person. You will be empowered to leverage outside sales, a long-cycle approach, your local territory, and resources to secure new business.   • Outside Sales
    • Selling guarding services and integrated solutions in assigned and dedicated territory
    • Working both in-office at the Securitas branch and door-to-door in the field
  • Long-cycle Approach
    • Maintaining long-term and relevant business-to-business relationships
    • Consistently following up on both new and long-standing opportunities
  • Local Territory
    • Commuting to the branch office in New York and around the New York and Northern New Jersey.
    • Participating in networking activities that support business development in the territory.
  • Resources
    • Utilizing provided and self-generated resources to promote, propose, and price solutions.
    • Effectively applying time management, communication, presentation, customer service, and team collaboration skills
We encourage candidates who have relevant experience and education to apply to this mid-level position. Qualifications include:
  • Experience
    • 4+ years of recent work experience as a hunter
    • A well-established and well-maintained network of business relationships
  • Education
    • An advanced degree
    • Membership(s), affiliation(s), and/or certification(s)

  • A $85,000 impaction in a robust commissions program
  • An $840 monthly vehicle allowance
