This is a permanent position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the engineering sector, and will have expertise in display, packaging, and POP display. This role requires a high level of customer interaction and you will be expected to build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the Packaging industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in display, packaging, and POP display.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field is preferred.
